Currently, at this time we are unable to process credit cards issued outside of the United States.
International orders Payment Methods: Bank Wire Transfers, and Pre-Payments are accepted.
Shipping Information: Ground Service Delivery-expect delivery in 3 to 5 days, delivery is sometimes sooner. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, and are subject to credit card verification.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Time Monday - Thursday and are subject to product availability and credit card verification.
Computers that have upgrades done may take longer to process. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping your order, a representative will contact you.
Return Material Authorization
All products sold by Best Safety & T. E. Suppply are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return a defective product to us for a refund or exchange. Products returned must be returned with the original packaging in the condition in which they were received. Customers wishing to return a defective product must contact Info@Bestsafetytactical.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
If you would like to return a non-defective product, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Customers returning non-defective products will be responsible for paying return shipping cost, and the shipping & handling charges from the original shipment will not be refunded to the customer. Non-defective returned items will also be charged a 15%-25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of the refund. Customers wishing to return a non-defective product must contact Info@bestsafetytactical.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
Products returned which are not in original condition, or products returned beyond 30 days of original receipt by the customer, or products returned unaccompanied by a valid RMA number, will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. | |
